Gopal Hospital

Gopal Hospital is located on Loni Road, specifically in the Shanti Nagar area. If you live around here, you’ve probably seen the building many times while stuck in traffic. Loni Road is almost always noisy with trucks and cars, and our hospital sits right in the middle of that bustle. It’s a tallish building with several floors. When you walk inside, you’ll see the reception desk which is usually covered in folders and registers. We still use a lot of paper here. The waiting room has rows of metal benches. They aren’t the most comfortable, but they serve the purpose for the people who come in every day. Some days it’s quiet, but most days it’s a bit of a scramble. We see families from all over Shanti Nagar. Our staff is a mix of young and old. The nurses are usually busy checking temperatures or helping someone down the hall. We have wards for people who need to stay over for a few days. The windows don't block out all the noise from the road, but you get used to it. The air conditioner in the main hall works well enough, though it has its bad days. We aren't trying to be a five-star hotel. We are a hospital for the community. We open the doors early and we don't leave until the work is finished. It is just a normal place for normal people.
