You can find us in Prakash Vihar at Plot No. 15, specifically in Shop No. 1. We are right near the Dena Bank and just opposite the Shiv Mandir in Lal Kuwan. It’s a very busy neighborhood with people going to the temple or doing their banking right across from us. Our shop is small, but we pack a lot into it. There are boxes stacked up everywhere because we are always preparing things for export. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we get a big shipment in, and we often have to move things out onto the sidewalk just to get around. The atmosphere is very local. You can hear the bells from the mandir and the chatter from the street all day long. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who handle the packing, the paperwork, and the phone calls. Sometimes the shop feels a bit messy with all the tape and bubble wrap, but we know where everything is. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the addresses are correct. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we take it seriously. We usually have a tea break in the afternoon when things quiet down for a bit. It’s just a regular small business trying to keep up with the orders and making sure things get where they need to go. We’ve been at this Lal Kuwan spot for a while now.
