Godrej &Boyce Mfg Co Ltd

Our place is located at 10/7 in the Spring Field Colony, which is over in Sector 31. It’s right on the edge of the Faridabad and Ghaziabad area in Uttar Pradesh. The 201009 postcode covers a lot of ground, but we are settled in this specific colony. It’s a mix of residential and small business spaces around here. Our office isn't very large. We use it mainly for the administrative side of Godrej &Boyce Mfg Co Ltd. There are rows of filing cabinets and a few computers that have seen better days. It can get pretty loud outside with the local traffic, but we just shut the door and get on with the work. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy entrance. Most people just know us by the address. The staff here are locals who have lived in UP for most of their lives. We have a tea break every afternoon where we talk about the local news or the weather. It’s a very grounded environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just look at what needs to be manufactured and we figure out the best way to do it with what we have. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered, but we manage the space okay. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their best every day.
