Glitzy Hr Solutions Private Limited is located at Plot No 106, specifically in Shop No 48- 49 of the Rajni Gandha Apartment in Ghaziabad. Being in an apartment complex means there are always people around, coming and going from their homes or the other shops. It’s a lively place to be. Our shop space is where we do all the HR work, like looking through resumes and talking to people who are searching for jobs. Ghaziabad is a bustling city, and we feel right in the middle of it here at Rajni Gandha. The office is a bit crowded because we have so many files and papers everywhere, but that’s just the nature of HR work. We don't use a lot of fancy technology; it’s mostly just us and our phones and laptops. We try to keep things grounded and talk to people like they are actual human beings, not just another number on a list. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside and the general sounds of the apartment complex, but we don't mind it. It makes the day go by faster. We’ve been in Shop 48-49 for a bit now and the locals know us. We just want to help people find where they fit in the working world without making the whole process more stressful than it already is. It’s just us doing our best in Ghaziabad and keeping things moving.
