We’re over at B-176 Surya Nagar in Ghaziabad. That’s where Glencoreindia Pvt Ltd is based. It’s a typical North Indian neighborhood, fairly busy but with its own steady pace. We’ve been in this building for several years. It’s a functional space, nothing too fancy to look at. We handle a lot of the logistical and paperwork side of the business from here. There are a few of us in the office, and we’ve mostly been working together for a long time. Surya Nagar is a good spot because it’s close to the border with Delhi, so it’s easy to get around when we need to. The office itself is just a regular room with desks, chairs, and files everywhere. It can get a bit hectic during the end of the month, but usually, it’s just steady work. We don’t go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and everyone knows each other in this block. It’s an honest way to make a living. We don't spend money on polished advertising or social media experts. If someone needs to find us, they usually have our address or phone number already. We just try to keep things organized and make sure we don’t lose track of our paperwork. It’s just a normal day for us here in Ghaziabad, and we like the routine.
