You can find us down in the lower ground floor of Shipra Shopping Plaza in Indirapuram. Being in a basement shop means we don't always know what the weather is like outside until we step out for lunch. We spend a lot of time surrounded by boxes, ribbons, and all sorts of little items. It gets pretty cramped in here when we get a big shipment in, and we have to climb over things just to get to the desk. We started this because we liked the idea of having a shop, but the reality is a lot of cleaning and organizing. People come in looking for something specific, and sometimes we have it right away, and other times we have to dig through the back room. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re dealing with so many different types of products. We aren't a big chain, just a local spot where we know the security guards and the other shop owners in the plaza. Holidays are the craziest times, and we usually end up staying late, eating cold takeaway while we finish up. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything fancy like that. We just open the doors, turn on the lights, and see who comes down the stairs. It’s a simple way to spend the day, even if the fluorescent lights get a bit tiring after eight hours.
