We've been over here at C-6 in the Induatrial Area on Meerut Road for quite a long time now. Most days it's just the sound of the hammers and the smell of hot metal filling up the shop. Ghaziabad Forgings Pvt. Ltd. isn't a fancy place with a lobby or anything like that. We just show up, get the furnaces going, and get to work on whatever parts are on the schedule for the week. The industrial area can get pretty busy, especially with all the trucks moving in and out, but we just stick to our corner and do what needs doing. It gets hot, especially in the summer months, but that's just how forging goes. We have a small crew and most of us have been here long enough to know the machines inside out. Sometimes things break down or the power acts up, and we just deal with it and keep moving. We don't spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for photos. If you come by the gate, you'll probably see us covered in a bit of soot or busy moving crates around. It's noisy work and it's hard on the hands, but it’s what we do. We mostly just focus on getting the dimensions right and making sure the metal is handled the way it’s supposed to be. That's really all there is to it here. There are no sales pitches or polished brochures. We just do the work.
