Ganpati Infotech

Ganpati Infotech is situated at H-69 in Sector 12, Pratap Vihar. We have been operating from this location for quite a while now. It is a residential sector, so we get a lot of people from the nearby houses coming in when their computers start acting up. We are not a big service center with a fancy waiting room and a ticket system. It is more of a walk-in-and-talk-to-us kind of shop. We handle computer repairs, laptop issues, and we also sell some parts if you are looking to fix something yourself. The shop is filled with monitors, old keyboards, and various bits of hardware that we use for testing. It can look a little messy to someone who isn't used to it, but we know exactly where everything is. Pratap Vihar is a quiet enough place to work, and we like being part of the local community here. We often have students coming in because they need something fixed for their school projects. We do our best to get things back to them quickly because we know how much people rely on their machines these days. We don't spend money on big ads or billboards. Most of our customers come to us because they live nearby or their friend told them we could help. It is a simple way of doing things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just enjoy the technical work and helping people get back online.
