We’ve been set up here in New Karola for a while now, right along National Highway 2. It’s a busy spot, but it works for what we do. The team is small, mostly locals who show up every morning to get things moving. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and a lot of dust. Usually, the day starts early because the heat gets tough by noon. We handle the day-to-day stuff ourselves, from unloading supplies to checking the final bits before they go out. Sometimes the machines act up or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. That’s just how it goes in this kind of work. The neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the years, more trucks on the road now. We keep the gates open during the day so people can find us easily. There isn’t much to the place, just a few sheds and a lot of hard work. If you’re driving down the highway, you’ll see our sign near the turn-off. It isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we spend most of our time. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders ready without making a fuss. It gets loud in here sometimes with the traffic and the work, but we are used to it. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We know each other's families. It's that kind of place.
