We are based in Ghaziabad, right in the 201002 zip code area. It is a very busy part of Uttar Pradesh, right on the edge of the national capital region. Our office here is pretty much what you would expect for a place that deals with industrial and construction projects. It is a bit old and has seen a lot of use over the many years we have been here. There is always a lot of activity with people coming in to check on their assignments or to drop off paperwork for the supervisors. The traffic around this part of Ghaziabad is usually quite bad, so we spend a lot of time coordinating things over the phone to save ourselves from making too many trips through the city. We do not use any fancy language to describe ourselves or what we do. We are just a team of people who have been doing this kind of work for a long time. The office is often filled with the smell of old paper and the sound of the ceiling fans humming in the background. We do not have any big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just have a calendar and a list of things that need to get done before the weekend arrives. Most of us have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits well. It is a standard workspace.
