We are Gala Delight Dairy Products Private Limited, and you can find us at B-25, Gali No. 02 in Gurunanakpura, Modinagar. This isn't a huge factory like you might see on the news. It is just a local business right on the street. We handle dairy products every single day. Usually, the day starts for us before the sun even comes up. We have to get everything sorted and moved. It involves a lot of lifting heavy crates and constantly checking the temperatures. We aren't using any marketing tricks or fancy slogans here. We just make the products and try to get them sold. The space we have in Gali No. 02 is a bit tight, but we have managed to fit all the equipment we need. Modinagar is a good place for this kind of work and we know most of the people who live on our street. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the delivery trucks, but the neighbors are used to it by now. We don't have a big office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. It is a real working environment. We have had our ups and downs like any other small business. Machines break or the power goes out, and we just have to deal with it and keep moving. We are just a group of people working hard.
