If you head over toward Raj Nagar Extension, you’ll find us at 288 Noor Nagar, in the Sihani area. We are right across from the Charms Castle Society, which is a big apartment complex that helps people find us. Gajanand Holographics Pvt Ltd is where we spend our days working on all sorts of holographic labels and security stickers. It’s a bit of a specialized field, but the work itself is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it. The machines can be a bit loud when they are running full tilt, so the office always has this constant background hum. It’s a practical workspace, not a place built for show. We have rolls of film and finished products stacked up in the corners waiting to be sent out. The team here is mostly local folks who live nearby. We don’t really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing; everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes that means the manager is helping pack boxes if we are behind on a deadline. The area around us is growing fast with all the new buildings going up, but our little corner still feels like the same old place. We take pride in just getting the work done and making sure the stickers look right. We aren't big on fancy speeches or elaborate plans. We just show up, do the job, and head home. That is really all there is to it.
