Gail (India) Ltd.

We are over in Ghaziabad, specifically at HIG Duplex 111 in Sector 15 of Vasundhara Yojana. It’s part of the UP Awas Vikas area. Even though the name on the door says Gail (India) Ltd., this particular office feels more like a local outpost. Since it's a duplex, the layout is a bit different from a standard office block. We have desks set up in what would have been living areas and bedrooms. It makes for an interesting way to work. You have to go up and down the stairs to talk to different people. We deal with a lot of administrative stuff here. There are always piles of reports and documents related to the energy sector. We get a lot of mail and people coming in for official business. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is a nice change from the busier parts of Ghaziabad. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea. Most of us have been working in this branch for a long time. We know the local area well and how the logistics work around here. It’s a functional space. We don't have any fancy lobbies or anything. Just some sturdy desks, a lot of files, and people trying to get their work done before the end of the day. It’s a steady kind of life here. We usually close up around the same time and catch the local buses home to our families.
