Forgemen India is located at C-97 on Bulandshahr Road in the Industrial Area. It’s a straightforward kind of place. You won't find any marble floors or fancy art here. Just a lot of heavy equipment and people who know how to use it. The heat from the forge is something you just get used to after a week or two. It stays warm even in the winter. We spend our days dealing with raw materials and turning them into something useful. It’s loud, and there’s always a layer of grit on the windows. We don't mind it. It’s part of the trade. My father might have done things differently, but we keep the core of the work the same. We check the pieces by hand mostly. There’s a lot of physical labor involved, so we all stay pretty tired by Friday evening. The road outside has its fair share of potholes, but the trucks manage fine. We have a small office where we keep the records, but most of the action is on the floor. We aren't big on meetings or long emails. If something needs saying, we just say it. We've been part of this industrial strip for a long time. People know where to find us if they need forging work done without any extra fluff. We just focus on the job at hand and try to keep the machines running without too much trouble. It’s a decent way to spend the day.
