Ford Motor Company has an office here at E 125A Radha Kunj in Brij Vihar, Ghaziabad. Even though the name is big, our day-to-day life here is pretty local. We are tucked away in a residential-looking area. It’s not like the big factories you see on TV. This is more of a branch where we handle specific regional stuff. We deal with a lot of paperwork regarding parts and sales for this part of Ghaziabad. The office is simple and functional. We have our computers and a few files scattered around. Sometimes customers come by with questions about their cars or looking for help with something. We try to give them the right information without making it complicated. Brij Vihar is a quiet spot compared to the main city center, which is nice. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons coordinating with other departments. There is always a lot to do, especially when new models come out or when there are changes in parts. We are just a small group of people working under a big name, but our focus is on what happens right here in Radha Kunj. We don’t have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby. It’s just a place of work. We’ve become part of the neighborhood over time. Most of us live nearby and walk or ride a bike to get here.
