Fitness Mantra

Fitness Mantra is up on the first floor of RPS Plaza, right there on the Main Road in Vasundhara Sector 12. Most people know the spot because it’s so close to Jaipuria School. We’ve been here in Ghaziabad for a while now. The space isn’t fancy or anything, but it gets the job done when you want to move around or lift some weights after a long day at work. You can usually hear the traffic from the road if the music isn't too loud. The stairs up to the first floor can be a bit of a climb if you just finished a leg day, but that’s just how it is. We have the usual stuff you’d expect—dumbbells, a few machines, and some space on the floor for stretching. It gets pretty busy in the evenings when everyone gets off work, so it can get a bit sweaty and loud in here. We don't really do the whole big corporate gym thing. It’s mostly just folks from around the neighborhood coming in to stay active. Sometimes the fans are clicking or the water cooler needs a new bottle, but we try to keep things running okay. If you’re walking or driving through Sector 12, you’ll see our sign from the road. It's a practical place for people who live nearby and just want a spot to get their heart rate up without too much fuss or extra cost for things they don't use.
