Our office is at Plot No 1 in Block A over here in Shyam Park Ext. It is a straightforward place where we handle whatever property work comes our way. Finwizard Properties Llp sounds a bit formal, but we are actually quite informal in person. Usually, the morning starts with checking the files and seeing what needs to be filed at the local offices. Shyam Park Ext is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception desk. Most of the time, we are just sitting around the main table talking to locals who want to know about prices in Block A. It gets busy during the weekends when people have time off to look at houses. We try to keep our records organized, but sometimes the desk gets buried under maps and documents. We have been in this spot for a bit, so we know the neighbors well. It’s a good location because people can find Plot No 1 easily enough. We don't spend money on big ads. We just wait for people to stop by. Sometimes we are out on site visits, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we are usually around. We just deal with the reality of property deals, which is mostly just a lot of talking and checking papers. It's just a regular job for us here and we try to get things done without making it complicated.
