Filter Packs

Filter Packs is situated at 108, Bonza, right on the G.T. Road. If you’ve ever driven down the G.T. Road, you know how loud and busy it can get with all the heavy trucks passing by at all hours. Our spot in the Bonza building is right in the thick of it. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend our days surrounded by various types of packing materials and filters. The space isn't huge, so we have to be smart about how we stack things. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a clock that runs a bit slow. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and checking what needs to go out first. Being on such a major road makes it easy for transport, but it means we never really have a quiet moment. We just put our heads down and get to work. Most of us take our lunch breaks together in the small corner we’ve cleared out. It’s a straightforward business. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We just handle the filter packs and make sure they are ready for whoever is picking them up. It’s a lot of manual handling and checking labels. That’s just how it goes at number 108 on the G.T. Road every single day.
