Ferro Industries

Ferro Industries is based in the Shahibabad Industrial Area, at Site 4, specifically plot A-4/12. This whole area is full of factories and warehouses, so it can get pretty hectic during the day. There are trucks moving in and out of the lanes all the time. Our place is a standard industrial shed. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights. It’s just the name on the door and the work going on inside. Usually, we are busy with metal or whatever production is lined up. The air in Shahibabad is often heavy with the smell of industry and the sound of welding or cutting. We start early in the morning when the sun isn't too high yet. By midday, it can get quite warm inside the unit. We don’t use any corporate talk here because there’s no need for it. We just talk to the suppliers and the customers who drop by. Everyone knows the address in Site 4, so it’s not hard to locate us once you are in the industrial area. There is always some dust around, and the floors are never perfectly clean, but that is the nature of the work we do. We have a small staff and we’ve all been working together for a bit. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and go home when the shift is over. It is a honest way to spend the day.
