Fashion Shoes Communication

The shop is over at 170 Dasna Gate in Ghaziabad. It is a busy spot. We handle shoes and some other bits here at Fashion Shoes Communication. Most mornings start with moving the displays out so people can see what arrived. The dust from the road is a constant battle, so we keep a rag handy to wipe the shelves every morning. It’s not a big fancy showroom or anything like that. Just some racks and a few stools for people to sit while they try things on. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We have stacks of boxes reaching up to the ceiling in the back room. It’s a bit of a maze back there if you don't know where you are looking. Finding a specific size can take a minute when we are busy. The neighbors usually stop by for a chat in the afternoons when things slow down. Ghaziabad can get really hot in the summer and our little fan does its best. We just keep things moving one day at a time. It's a lot of manual work, lifting crates and organizing the inventory. There is always something to fix or a shelf that needs straightening. People know us by the yellow sign out front. We’ve been in this part of Dasna Gate for a good bit of time now and it feels like home.
