F Two Gym & Supplement

F Two Gym & Supplement is down in the basement of Bharat Apartments at B-5. We are located in the Surya Nagar part of Ghaziabad, right across from the ITI Campus in Ram Vihar. It’s a local spot that we started because there weren't many places nearby to just lift weights without a lot of hassle. The basement stays fairly cool, but we have fans running because it can get a bit stuffy when it’s full of people. We have a decent selection of supplements sitting on the shelves near the entrance because a lot of the guys asked for them. Most of our regulars are just local folks or students from the campus across the street. It’s not a fancy place with neon lights or expensive machines. We have the basic iron, some benches, and a few pieces of cardio gear that get the job done. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but it helps when you're trying to get through a heavy set. We know most people by name here. It’s the kind of place where you can just come in, do your work, and not worry about looking perfect. The address is 201001 if you’re looking us up.
