Our office for Exexus Overseas Private Limited is on the second floor of a building in Vasundhra Sector 10. The address is Block D, House No. 15, and we’ve been here in Ghaziabad for a bit now. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of cars and people moving around. Ghaziabad is a hectic place, but inside the office, we try to keep things as orderly as possible. It’s a lot of paperwork, as you can imagine with an overseas business. We have folders and boxes scattered around because we are always preparing something for transport. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a working office where we get our hands dirty with the logistics. We usually start the morning with a cup of tea and go through the list of what needs to be done. Sometimes the noise from the street is a bit much, but you stop noticing it after the first hour. We deal with all the customs forms and the shipping details ourselves. It’s a small team, so everyone has to help out with everything. We don’t have any fancy titles, we just do what’s needed to keep the goods moving. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files, but it works for us. We just keep at it, day after day, making sure nothing gets missed. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit, but it keeps the air moving.
