Energy Fitness Center is down in the basement floor at 1/77 in the R.D.C. area of Rajnagar, Ghaziabad. We’re right near the Syndicate Bank, which is a good landmark if you’re trying to find the entrance. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler than the street level during those hot Ghaziabad summers, which everyone seems to appreciate. The gym is packed with gear. We’ve got rows of dumbbells, benches, and a variety of machines that we’ve gathered over time. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when the post-work crowd shows up, but we make it work. The air has that classic gym scent—a mix of cleaning supplies and hard work. We don't have a marketing team or a polished front desk. Usually, it's just one of us sitting there to say hello when you walk in. The lighting is a bit dim in the corners, but it adds to that old-school feel where you just focus on the task at hand. People from all over Rajnagar come here, from college students to people who have been working in RDC for decades. We don’t do any of those fancy wellness programs. It’s just a place where you can lift, run, or stretch. If the music isn't to your liking, most people just put their headphones in and get to it. It’s a down-to-earth spot for people who just want a straightforward place to train without the fluff.
