Encompass Events Pvt Ltd (A Jwt Group Company) is located at Ah-1205, Amrapali Village, Nayay Khand-Ii, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201010. Being inside a housing complex like Amrapali Village makes for a different kind of office environment. It’s basically an apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. We have desks in the rooms and a lot of event gear stored in the corners. It can get a bit tight when we have a big project going on, with boxes and papers everywhere. We are under the Jwt Group, but we don't really act like a giant corporation. Most of us come in wearing jeans and t-shirts. The commute into Indirapuram can be a hassle with the Ghaziabad traffic, but the office itself is quite peaceful once you get there. We have a balcony where we sometimes take phone calls or just stand for a minute to get some fresh air. The kitchen area is mostly used for making endless rounds of tea and heating up lunches. We don’t have a formal reception desk; you just walk in and see everyone working. We’ve been at Ah-1205 for a while now and we’ve made the space our own. It’s not a polished corporate floor, but it’s where all the planning and the real work happens. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of our schedules without much drama.
