We work out of House Number L-3, over in Rajendar Nagar, near the Rajmehal-2 area in Sector-5. Sahibabad is a busy industrial and residential mix, and we’re right there in the middle of it in Pasonda. Our office is part of a house, which gives it a much more relaxed feel than a typical office building. We’ve been here in Ghaziabad for a bit now, and we’ve gotten used to the noise and the pace of the neighborhood. Eminent Concept is a private company, but we keep things very local and grounded. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of people in suits. It’s just us handling the day-to-day tasks from our desks in Rajendar Nagar. The building itself has some character, even if the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We spend our days working through various projects, mostly sitting at our computers and making sure everything is in order. Being in the 201005 area means we are close to a lot of other small businesses, which is nice. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Uttar Pradesh. We just want to provide a solid service and keep our clients happy without all the corporate fluff. It’s a simple place with simple goals. We show up, do the work, and try to keep things running smoothly for everyone involved. Some of the neighbors know us by name now.
