So, we are Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. You can find us over at Flat No 711 in Gaurs Residency. It is right in Chander Nagar. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Surya Nagar Police Station in Ghaziabad. We handle a lot of property stuff and infrastructure work around here. The office is just a regular flat where we get most of the paperwork done for our projects. People often stop by when they are looking into houses or land in U.P. It is not a big flashy office, just a place where we sit and manage the day-to-day things. Ghaziabad keeps growing, so there is always a lot to keep track of. We have been in this spot for a while now. Some days it gets busy with people coming in to ask about building plans or just to check on their units. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the buildings get finished like they are supposed to. It is pretty straightforward work, really. Dealing with land and bricks and permits takes up most of our time. We keep the files here and meet with folks who need to talk about their property details. It is a busy life but we enjoy it.
