We’ve been in this part of Ghaziabad for a bit now, and it’s a good spot for us to manage everything. The work involves a lot of back and forth between different sites and this office. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for our desks and all the folders we have to keep track of. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re something we aren't. We just do construction work and try to stay on top of things. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or supplies don't show up on time, but that is just how this business goes. We’ve got a small group of people working here who actually care about finishing what they started. We don't have a PR person or anyone like that to write fancy speeches. We just talk to people plainly and try to get the job done right. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, especially during the summer months in U.P., but we are used to it by now.
