You can find me right at the main road bus stand in Jattari. It’s near the Pisawa Bai Pass. Being near the bus stand means it’s always very busy and loud. People are coming from all over Aligarh to catch rides. Sometimes they just hop off the bus and come straight here to see me. It’s a noisy spot because of the horns and the crowds of people outside. The room is small and usually has a few people waiting on the benches. I’ve been practicing here in Jattari for a long time now. The furniture is quite old and the floor is worn down from all the feet passing over it. I don't really mind the wear and tear. It shows people come here for help. Aligarh is a big place but this little corner of 202137 feels like home to me. I see people with all kinds of problems. Some just need a bit of advice or someone to talk to. Others need more help. I try to listen to everyone properly before making any decisions. It’s a lot of sitting and talking throughout the day. My medical bag stays by my side. Sometimes I have to go out to see someone who can't make it to the bus stand. The traffic can be a nightmare on the main road, especially on the busy market days. But this is where the people are, so this is where I stay. It is a practical life with no big office.
