You can find Dlf Laingo'Rourke.Ltd on the second floor of A-157 in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad. Being on the second floor is actually quite nice because we get a bit of a breeze through the windows, which helps when the U.P. heat starts to climb. Surya Nagar is a busy place and the traffic coming in from the Delhi border can be pretty thick sometimes. Our office is basically a converted flat. It has that lived-in feel with various rooms serving as different departments. There is a small area near the entrance where we keep some of the bigger files and a water cooler that always seems to be running out. The stairs leading up to the second floor are a bit worn down, but they are sturdy enough. We do not have much in the way of decorations on the walls, just some old project photos and a few dusty maps. The desks are a bit old and have some scratches on them, but they serve their purpose just fine. Most of our day is spent dealing with suppliers and checking on project timelines. We usually grab lunch from the local shops nearby or bring something from home. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of place. We are not interested in looking flashy; we just want a space where we can focus on the work without too much noise or interference from the outside world.
