Demand Collections

Demand Collections is found at A-89 in DLF Colony, specifically on Ground Floor-2. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for us to move things in and out without worrying about elevators. The office is pretty basic and functional. We have rows of metal filing cabinets that are usually stuffed with paperwork and a few desks where we handle our daily calls. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. DLF Colony is a busy residential and commercial mix, so there's always something going on outside. Parking is often a struggle, which is just part of the daily routine here. Inside, the sound of phones ringing and people talking is pretty much constant. We have a small area in the back where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for our breaks. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we have enough desk lamps to see what we are doing. We’ve been at this address for quite some time, and we know most of the other business owners on this street. We don’t have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you come in, you just walk right into the middle of where we are working. It’s a very straightforward, no-nonsense environment. We just focus on getting through the files and making sure the records are kept up to date as best as we can.
