Dixit Associates

Dixit Associates is located right at the DM Colony Crossing in Republic. It is a spot that is easy to find because everyone knows the crossing. We have been working out of this location for a while now. The office is pretty simple. We do not have fancy furniture or high-tech gadgets everywhere. It is just a place where we get our work done. Most of what we do involves helping people find a place to live or a bit of land in the Republic area. We know the local market because we are in it every single day. We talk to the owners and the buyers and try to make things work for both. Sometimes the paperwork can be a headache, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are not a big chain; we are just local people doing property work. You will often find us drinking tea and going over maps with someone from the neighborhood. It is a friendly enough atmosphere. We do not use a lot of big words or complicated terms. We just explain things as they are. If a place has a leaky roof or a weird neighbor, we will probably tell you. We would rather people know what they are getting into. It is a busy area and we enjoy being right in the middle of it all at the crossing.
