Our company, Dhruv Electronics Pvt Ltd, is located out at D-6 in the Meerut Road Industrial Area, specifically in Phase-3. Since we are in an industrial zone, the surroundings are mostly other warehouses and factories. It’s a practical place to be for the kind of electronics work we do. We have enough room for our equipment and for storing the things we need. Usually, our days are spent at the workbenches or dealing with deliveries coming in and out. It’s not a fancy office by any means, but it’s perfect for getting the job done. We deal with a lot of different electronic components and assemblies. Some days the shop floor is pretty loud, and other days it’s just the sound of us working. We don’t really have walk-in customers because of where we are situated, so we focus on the bigger orders. The team here has been together for a bit, and we all have our own ways of doing things. We just try to keep the workflow steady and make sure the parts are handled correctly. It’s a lot of manual work and checking small details. We don’t spend much time on anything else but the tasks in front of us. It’s just a regular electronics business doing what we know how to do. We usually head home once the shift is over and the last truck is gone.
