Our place at Dharohar Exports Llp is tucked away in Gaur Homes, specifically over at Plot No C-432 in Govindpuram. It is a residential kind of area, so it stays a bit quieter than the main markets, which we actually prefer for getting things done. We spend most of our hours packing boxes or checking over the items we have ready to go out. It is a lot of back-and-forth with different people and trying to make sure the labels are all correct. The office part of it is small and a bit cramped because we keep so much stock piled up in every corner. We started this because we wanted to see local items go to different places, and it has been a steep learning curve since day one. There are days when the logistics side of things gets a little frustrating, like when the trucks are late or the weather ruins the loading schedule. We do not have a big corporate team, just a handful of folks who know how the routine goes. My desk is usually covered in papers and coffee mugs, and there is always something that needs fixing. We do not try to act like a giant company. We are just local people working out of a plot in Govindpuram, trying to keep the business moving forward one shipment at a time. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we find it worth the effort.
