Dharmarth Lok Seva Samiti Eye Hospital is located on Kala Pathar Marg, specifically at 871-872 in Gyan Khand 2, Indirapuram. It’s a busy street, and you can’t really miss the building if you are driving by. We focus entirely on eyes here. People come in because they can't see the TV as well as they used to or they need new glasses. The waiting room is often full of people waiting for their turns to see the eye doctors. Indirapuram is a fast-growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes on Kala Pathar Marg over the years. There are more shops and cars than there used to be. Inside the hospital, we have the testing equipment and the rooms where the checkups happen. It’s a lot of routine work, checking vision and explaining how to use eye drops. The staff is mostly locals from around the Gyan Khand area. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to get everyone seen in a reasonable amount of time. Working with eyes is delicate work, but we just treat it as our daily job. Some days are busier than others, especially on weekends when everyone is off work. We see people of all ages, from little kids getting their first pair of spectacles to older folks concerned about cataracts.
