Our office is up on the 9th floor of the Ajnara Gen X building in Crossings Republic. It’s unit B-904. Being that high up gives us a pretty good view of the area, though we spend most of our time looking at our screens. Devarshika Consultancy Services is a private limited company, but it feels more like a small family business sometimes. We deal with consultancy services for people who need them. Crossings Republic is a busy township, so there is always something going on downstairs. We like being here because it’s a modern spot but still feels like home. We don't have a lot of corporate rules about what to wear or how to talk. We just want to get the work done right. Sometimes the elevators take a while, especially during lunch, so we’ve learned to be patient. We aren't some massive agency with offices in every city. We are just right here in Ghaziabad. The team is small, and we know each other well. We don't use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. If you come by B-904, you’ll just see a few desks and some filing cabinets. It’s a quiet place to work most of the time. We focus on the details of whatever consultancy project is on the table. It’s a steady way to earn a living and we enjoy the daily routine. We just show up and do what is needed every day.
