We are based out of Ghukna More in Ghaziabad, right on Street No.1. It’s an industrial sort of area, so there’s always noise and trucks moving around outside. We’ve been doing electronics here for a good length of time. The building isn't brand new, but it works for what we need to get done. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of benches and people working on components. We deal with a lot of small parts that most people probably never even see inside their gadgets. It’s steady work. Ghaziabad can get pretty dusty and hot, especially in the summers, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out actually works like it’s supposed to. Sometimes the power goes out, which is just part of living in UP, but we have backups. It’s a local crew here, mostly guys who live nearby and walk or bike to the factory. We know each other well. It isn't a fancy corporate office with carpets and coffee machines. It’s a practical workspace where we get our hands dirty with the hardware every single day. That's just how the electronics business goes for a place like ours. We just keep our heads down and finish the batches as they come in. It’s loud and busy, but it’s our daily routine and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the street outside.
