Da Milk Basket Private Limited is based out of an apartment in Indirapuram. We are in G C Grand Apartment, specifically unit 1A 023 in 2C Vaibhav Khand, near Gulshan Home. It might seem strange to have a business in a residential complex, but it works for us. We started small and decided to keep our overhead low by staying here. Most of our work involves coordinating deliveries and talking to dairy suppliers. It is a quiet place most of the time, which helps us focus on the logistics. We don't have a big sign outside or a lobby. It’s just us with our laptops and phones. Sometimes the neighbors ask what we are doing, and we just tell them we are managing milk distribution. It is a very practical setup. We know the Indirapuram area very well because we live and work right here. The traffic in Ghaziabad can be a nightmare, so being centrally located in Vaibhav Khand is a big help for our delivery routes. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate values posted on the walls. We just want to make sure the milk gets to where it needs to go every single morning. It is an early start for us, usually before the sun is even up, but that is the nature of this business. We just do our best to stay organized in a small space.
