Down at 64/6 in Site Iv, Sahibabad, you will find our spot, the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson. Sumit Sinha is the one who handles the food and beverage side of things around here. It is a busy kitchen and dining area most days. We focus a lot on making sure the plates look okay and the drinks are ready when people ask for them. Sahibabad is an industrial kind of area so it gets quite dusty outside but we try to keep the inside tidy for the guests. We have been running the restaurant and bar part of the hotel for a while. It’s a lot of long hours and early mornings. You have to be ready for the breakfast rush and then the dinner crowd later on. The staff here are mostly local folks who have been with us for a bit. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk because there is always a table to clear or a menu to update. It is just honest work. We try to make sure nobody leaves hungry or waiting too long. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit chaotic when three big groups show up at once but we figure it out eventually. It is just a normal hotel setup where we try to keep the food coming and the coffee hot for whoever walks in. We don't use fancy words for the dishes, just good ingredients. We enjoy seeing people enjoy their meals after a long day.
