Chhaya Packers & Printers Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 93-A in the Dheerkhera Industrial Area, just off Meerut Road. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by factories and warehouses. We spend our time between the printing presses and the packing tables. It is a lot of manual work, making sure the ink looks right on the paper and that the boxes are sturdy enough for whatever is going inside them. The smell of ink is pretty strong inside the building, but we do not really notice it anymore. We have been at this address for quite a few years now and have a steady routine. We do not spend money on fancy decorations or high-end office furniture. Most of our budget goes into keeping the equipment running and buying the materials we need. It can be quite a scramble when several deadlines hit at once, and you will see everyone from the office helping out on the floor to get things finished. Meerut Road is a busy route, so we see a lot of traffic passing by, but we are mostly focused on what is happening inside our own four walls. We just try to be reliable and get the work done without a lot of fuss. It is a practical place run by people who know how to work with their hands and are not afraid of a bit of hard work to keep things moving.
