We are based near the Hapur Road flyover. We have been using Post Box No. 20 for a long time now. This is a hammer works, so it is a very industrial and loud environment. If you are not used to the sound of heavy forging, it can be a bit of a shock at first. The building is large with high ceilings because of the heat from the furnaces. It is not the kind of place you would come to if you wanted a clean, quiet office. There is soot on the walls and the floor is rough. We do heavy industrial work here, and it is a tough way to make a living, but we have been doing it for decades. We do not have a fancy reception area or anyone to answer the phones with a script. Most of the time, the office is just a quiet corner where we keep the books and track the orders. Our staff are mostly locals who have been with us for a long time. We do not care much for business trends or fancy corporate titles. We just focus on the steel and making sure the shapes are right. It is a rugged place, and we are okay with that. We do our work, look after our equipment, and make sure the shipments go out on time. It is basic, honest industrial work.
