The Centre Of Holistic Alternative Medicine And Healing Aid Therapies, or Chahat as most people call us, is based in Shakti Khand-3. We’re in unit UG-1, right there in Indirapuram. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so it stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We have several rooms set up for different kinds of therapies and healing sessions. The space is filled with a mix of herbal smells and the sound of quiet conversations. We started here because we wanted a place that didn't feel like a sterile hospital. There are a few plants near the window that probably need more sunlight than they get. People come in through the main Indirapuram gates and find us easily enough. The office isn’t perfect; the tiles are a bit old and the front door squeaks if you don’t pull it just right. But it’s where we do our thing every day. We spend time talking to people who are tired of the usual medical routes and want to try something different. It’s not just about the treatments; it’s about the time spent listening. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re like a small family. We don't have big flashy signs, just a simple board outside. It’s a functional space where we try to help people feel a bit better than when they walked in. We just take it one person at a time.
