You can find us at S 35-36 in Site 4 of the Sahibabad Industrial Area. It’s a typical industrial neighborhood where everyone is busy making something or other. Our building is a bit of a maze once you get inside because we have different sections for assembly and storage. We work on medical systems, which means we spend a lot of time looking at small parts and making sure everything clicks together correctly. It’s not the kind of job you can rush. The lighting in the warehouse is a bit harsh, but it helps us see what we’re doing. Outside, the roads aren't the best, especially when it rains and the puddles get deep. We usually eat our tiffins together in the small break room at the back. There’s a lot of metal clanging and the sound of tape dispensers throughout the day. We aren't really the type of place that cares about fancy decorations or corporate branding on the walls. We have our calendars and our charts, and that’s about it. Most of us live nearby, so we know the local shops and the best places to grab a quick snack after work. It is a lot of standing and moving boxes, so everyone is usually pretty tired by the time five o’clock rolls around. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
