Our office is over in Rajnagar, at R 13/123. We are on the second floor in Sector 13. Bsv Developers Llp is the name we use. Rajnagar is a pretty busy area with lots of buildings and people moving around. Being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly it’s just a place to sit and work on development plans. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at computer screens to make sure everything is on track. It’s not a flashy office. It’s got some chairs, a few desks, and lots of paper everywhere. We develop projects around the local area. It takes a lot of patience to deal with all the permits and the actual building process. We try to be honest about how long things take. Sector 13 is a good location for us because it’s easy to get to other parts of the town from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day. People come by to talk about land or new buildings. We just give them the facts and see if we can help out. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us. We've been in Rajnagar long enough to know the shortcut roads and the best places to grab a quick lunch.
