Brainsmiths Consultants Pvt Ltd is over in Rajhans Plaza, which is right across from Aditya Mall in Indirapuram. It’s a good spot because you can just walk over to the mall if you need something, but the plaza itself stays pretty active. Our office is A-117. It’s a standard setup with desks, some chairs, and plenty of paperwork. We do consulting work, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents for different businesses. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we do here in Ghaziabad. The building has its quirks, like the elevator being slow sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't trying to be some big global firm. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle business problems. Most of our clients find us because they’re in the neighborhood or someone told them about us. We don't have a big reception desk with a fancy logo. It’s more of a walk-in-and-say-hello kind of place. We keep the coffee pot going and try to stay on top of the deadlines. Sometimes it’s quiet, and other days it feels like everyone is calling at the same time. We just take it as it comes. It’s a practical office for practical work, and that’s how we like to keep things around here. It is what it is, really, just a normal day at the office for us.
