Our place, Board And Paper Laminators, is tucked away at Plot No. 349 in Udyog Kendra. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the big Yamaha Motor Cycle Factory nearby. Everyone knows where that is, so we just tell people to look for the factory and then turn down the side road. We spend most of our days working with paper and boards, doing a lot of lamination. It’s a sticky job sometimes because of the glue and the heat from the rollers. The workshop floor is always covered in small scraps of paper, no matter how much we sweep it up. It’s just part of the job. My father started this a long time ago, and I took over after I finished school. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid so people keep coming back. The neighborhood is mostly industrial, so it’s pretty quiet at night, but during the day it’s a lot of shouting and horns honking. We have a small office in the front where we keep the books and take phone calls. Most of our customers are from the surrounding areas in Extn. II. We don't have a big fancy website or anything. We just talk to people face to face and get the job done when they need it. It’s a decent way to make a living and support our families and keep the lights on.
