We’ve been operating Bhatia Ventilation Pvt. Ltd. out of Sector 9 in Vijay Nagar for quite a few years now. Our spot at K-158 B is where all the planning and some of the smaller assembly happens. Ventilation isn't something most people think about until a room gets too hot or smoky, but it’s what we do all day. We make fans, ducts, and all the stuff that moves air around in factories or big buildings. The workshop can get pretty noisy with the sound of metal being cut and hammered. It’s honest work. I spend a lot of time visiting sites to see where the vents need to go. Measuring things correctly is the most important part because if you’re off by even an inch, the whole system won’t fit. I’ve had my share of long days out in the heat trying to fix a duct that someone else installed wrong. Back at the office, it’s mostly paperwork and talking to suppliers about the price of steel. Prices keep going up, which makes things difficult, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the systems we put in actually work and don't break down after a month. The team here is small, mostly just a few guys who know their way around a toolbox. We just get on with it and do what needs to be done.
