Bhaskar Industries

We are located at Number 158, Bhaskar Bhawan, right on Sewa Nagar Meerut Road. It’s an industrial area, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving in the background. We have been operating out of this building for a good long time. Inside, it’s mostly factory space with a small area for us to handle the administrative side of things. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, as there is always a bit of grease or dust from the production lines. We make things here, and that keeps us pretty occupied from shift to shift. The guys on the floor know their jobs well, and many of them have been with us since the beginning. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing team. We just have people who know how to run the machines and make sure the quality is decent. Sometimes a machine breaks down and everything stops while we scramble to find a spare part. That’s just how it is in this line of work. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to produce our goods and get them out to the people who buy them. It’s hard work, and the days are long, but it’s a living. We keep the doors open and the machines running as much as we can. It gets loud and hot in the summer, but we manage to stay on schedule.
