Being near the highway means there is always a lot of noise and trucks passing by, but it’s great for getting stuff shipped out. We’ve been in this industrial zone for quite some time now. The building is a bit older, and the paint on the walls might be peeling in a few spots, but inside, we’re always moving. It’s a lot of mixing, packing, and loading. We have a small group of guys who have been with us for years. We don’t really do the corporate thing with meetings and long emails. Usually, we just talk across the floor to get things sorted. It can get pretty messy with all the pigments and cans lying around, especially on delivery days. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy factory, that’s easier said than done.
