Balsons Paint Industries (India)

Balsons Paint Industries (India) is located at Plot No.C-226 in Site 1 of the B S R Industrial Area. We are right by the NH-24 Bye-Pass Road, so we see a lot of traffic going by every hour. The location is great for getting our paint out to different places, even if the road noise is constant. Inside the building, it smells like solvent and fresh pigment most of the time. We have various tanks and mixing vats scattered around the floor. It is a colorful place to work, literally. We don't have a fancy showroom with spotlights or anything. If you come by, you’ll see stacks of metal tins and plastic buckets piled up near the door. We spend our time getting the shades just right and making sure the consistency is what it should be. The workers here have been through many seasons, seeing the industrial area change and grow. We keep things pretty simple. We don't have a corporate handbook or a lot of long meetings. We just look at the orders and start the mixers. Sometimes things spill, and the floor is covered in a dozen different colors, but that's just part of the charm of a paint factory. We stay busy through the week and usually look forward to the quiet on Sundays when the machines finally stop humming. It’s a decent living for us.
