You can find us at 27, Rajender Nagar Indl. Estate in Mohan Nagar. This place is an industrial zone, so it’s full of warehouses and small manufacturing units. We’ve been here at number 27 for a long time. Our specialty is kitchenwares, so the place is usually packed with stainless steel pots, pans, and all sorts of utensils. It’s a bit of a maze inside with boxes stacked almost to the ceiling. We don’t have a fancy display window or anything like that. People who come here usually know what they are looking for. It gets pretty warm in Mohan Nagar during the summer months, and since we’re in an industrial estate, there isn't much of a breeze. We have a few big fans going, but it’s still tough work. We are just a small team. We do everything from unloading the trucks to answering the phone and writing out receipts by hand. We aren't big on technology; we prefer keeping a physical logbook for most things. It’s how we’ve always done it. There’s a certain comfort in the routine of the industrial estate—the morning tea, the sound of shutters opening, and the lunch break under the tree outside. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the kitchenware out to the shops that need them. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy enough to keep coming back.
